Teriyaki Chicken Skewers

A savoury blend of soy, ginger and spring onion, with hints of garlic and red pepper.

Ingredients list

  • 1kg Diced Chicken
  • 500g of MRC Teriyaki Sauce Jar
  • 100g of MRC Teriyaki Red Tub
  • 250g Mixed Bell Peppers
  • 250g Sliced Red Onion

To prepare

  1. For extra flavoursome skewers, tumble the diced chicken in 100g of Teriyaki Red Tub first.
  2. -
  3. Then assemble the skewers with the chicken, peppers and onions and coat generously with 500g of Teriyaki Sauce.

  5. Coat all the skewers with the MRC teriyaki sauce
  6. -
  7. Put in a display tray and garnish with sesame seeds and a sprinkle of spring onion.

Chicken Curry

A firm family favourite packed full of coriander, cumin, cayenne and garlic.

Ingredients list

  • 1kg chicken breast strips
  • 500g of MRC Curry Sauce Jar
  • 250g sliced white onions
  • 100g peas
  • Coriander

To prepare

  1. Combine onions, peas and chicken and coat generously with the MRC Curry Sauce.
  2. -
  3. Put in a display tray and garnish with a sprig of coriander.

Spicy Cajun Skewers

A fiery blend of paprika and punchy cayenne with fragrant oregano & thyme.

Ingredients list

  • 1kg Diced Chicken
  • 100g Cajun MRC Red Tub
  • 250g Mixed Bell Peppers
  • 250g Sliced Red Onions
  • 200g Sliced Courgette
  • 1 Lime

To prepare

  1. Mix together all of the ingredients and coat with the Cajun Red Tub dry mix.
  2. -
  3. Assemble onto the skewer and place onto a display tray, garnish with a wedge of lime.
