Spicy Cajun Skewers

A fiery blend of paprika and punchy cayenne with fragrant oregano & thyme.

Ingredients list

  • 1kg Diced Chicken
  • 100g Cajun MRC Red Tub
  • 250g Mixed Bell Peppers
  • 250g Sliced Red Onions
  • 200g Sliced Courgette
  • 1 Lime

To prepare

  1. Mix together all of the ingredients and coat with the Cajun Red Tub dry mix.
  2. Assemble onto the skewer and place onto a display tray, garnish with a wedge of lime.

Italian Tomato & Herb Meatballs (sauce & red tub)

A real authentic Italian taste that’s full of tomato, garlic, oregano & basil.

Ingredients list

  • 1kg of Lean Minced Beef
  • 100g of MRC Red Tub Italian Glaze
  • 500g of MRC Italian Tomato & Herb Sauce
  • 300g of Diced Mixed Vegetables
  • 100g Cold Water

To prepare

  1. Combine the minced beef, Italian Red Tub, water and vegetables and form into approximately 30g balls.
  2. Place the meatballs into a display tray and coat generously with the Italian Tomato & Herb Sauce.
  3. Garnish with a fresh basil.
